What a precious face! I've never seen a cockatiel with that mottling color before, very pretty. Good for your family for giving these birds a loving home. I know it must be difficult so soon after the loss of your other baby-bird, and while Oreo will never replace her, I'm sure you've made a new friend. You guys take care!
